Steps for Setting Up
1. First download the software from the links directly above.
2. Once the software is downloaded, click the link "Don't have a Skype Name?".
3. Setup an account with your information and create a user name and password.
4. Click on the "Contacts" pulldown at the top of your computer screen.
5. In the “Contacts" pulldown click on “Search for Skype Users”.
6. Type in "ccvmonline" in the blank field and click on "Add Contact".
7. Please test your audio connection through Skype before contacting us by email. You can test your account by selecting "Skype Test Call" from your contacts and then clicking on the green telephone icon at the bottom right.
8. Once you’ve tested your setup you can send us an email at info@caricolevoiceandmusic.com with the Subject “Setting up Skype”, letting us know your interested in taking lessons through Skype and include your contact information.
9. * Send us a date and time M-F 9am-11:30am to test the Skype connection. You will need to be logged into your Skype account and be available by phone at the time you send us.
10. Once we've tested your connection and we know we have a good quality connection we can setup your first session!
